APPLICATION SETUP. All the variables, rates etc are maintained here in this module
INVENTORY. Inventory items (medicines, groceries and other items) and its quantities are being monitored in this module. Receiving Report from suppliers are also included here.
DOCTOR’s INFORMATION. List of all the doctors and its patients (present and past) are monitored here.
PATIENT’s INFORMATION. All information about past and present patients are monitored here like their basic information, complaints, laboratory works, progress report, billing, etc.
ADMISSION. All admitted person will be encoded here for record and billing purposes
POS / ISSUANCES. All medicines and other materials issued to admitted patients and out-patients are encoded here. Quantities will be automatically deducted from inventory. All items issued to admitted patient will be included in their billing automatically. Sales and other reports also included.
LABORATORY. All Laboratory works done for record and billing purposes to an admitted patients.
MISCELLANEOUS JOBS. All other miscellaneous activities with patient will be encoded here for record and billing purposes.
PROGRESS REPORT. Doctors will be able to record monthly patient’s progress report. (Customized)
BILLING. All billing information will be monitored here, from admission to payment to discharge.
EMERGENCY ROOM, OPERATING ROOM, DELIVERY ROOM, NURSERY ROOM, X-RAY ROOM, ICU. posting of services rendered to patient for billing purposes.
