Inventory Profile. This module maintains the information of all the S.K.U (Stock keeping unit) that is being used by Warehouse Management System such as Product Description, Minimum level, Maximum level, price and unit life span. It supports multiple unit of measurement on a single SKU
Security. Security Module contains all the information of the entire WMS user it administrates the access level and permission of every group that uses the system such as Accounting Group, Admin Group, Warehouse Group and etc. The module enables the security administrator to restrict the access level on reading, inserting, editing and deleting the data it can also hold and un-hold the user from using the entire system.
Customer Master List. Customer Master List module maintains the client or customer information such as office number, contract person, delivery address, company name, transaction summary and other important information that can be used as a reference.
Operations Group
R.R (Receiving Receipt from Supplier). This module handles all the receiving transaction records and documents from supplier. It is designed to accept stocks that are being delivered by the supplier and keep track of R.R number.
R.R (Receiving Receipt from Back load). This module handles all the receiving transaction records and documents from back load or return stocks from customer or clients. It is designed to accept stocks that are being returned by the customer.
R.R (Receiving Receipt from Production). This module handles all the receiving transaction records and documents from Production or Processing. It is designed to accept stocks that are being delivered by Production.
D.R (Delivery Receipt from Client/Restaurant). This module handles all the delivery transaction to Client It is designed to deliver stocks to various customers. It handles the information of delivery such as delivery address, date of delivery, items of delivery with their corresponding SKU and delivered quantity and other information that are useful for reference.
D.R (Delivery Receipt from Production). This module handles all the delivery transaction to production for processing. It is designed to deliver stocks to production and keep track of issuance of items for auditing purposes.
Load Sheet. Load sheet module is designed to keep track of the D.R (Delivery Receipt) that are being loaded into the delivery truck. It handles the information of the delivery truck such as route, truck type, plate number and list of DR that are loaded in the truck.
